Clare is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Group.  She specialises in a range of corporate work, with particular focus on corporate governance, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, equity investment and acquisitions and disposals.  She advises on a wide range of corporate governance matters, including company meetings, directors' duties, shareholders' agreements and articles of association, and her clients range from public companies to community interest companies.
