Victoria is a Partner in the Residential Conveyancing Team and specialises in shared ownership work acting for purchasers of properties through Westcountry Housing Association and Aster Group.   Victoria works with a wide variety of other property clients from private property investors and corporate property portfolio acquisitions to first time buyers.

Victoria has wide ranging experience in the residential property field, including working on complex and high value transactions. Her work with Registered Social Landlords is also extensive, since 2003 when she was the lead fee earner for Moat Housing. This work was solely for purchaser and resale clients, and involved her advising on, and taking responsibility for, work referred to a panel firm based in the southeast.

Victoria qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 and joined Ashfords Residential Property department in 2005.
