Inter-Group Asset Restructurings
If a group of companies is to be sold, the sellers may want to keep back certain assets or alternatively there may be certain which need to be moved into the target group prior to its sale. We have considerable experience in pre-sale reorganisations of this nature, including de-mergers and solvent liquidation schemes under section 110 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and can assist in advising on the correct manner in which to re-organise such assets.

Inter-Group Assets Re-organisations
Once a company has been acquired it may need to be merged into the buyer's group. This may involve moving the business acquired into different companies within the group to synergise with the enlarged group.
