- acting for the South West of England Regional Development Agency on the development agreement and its implementation in respect of the St Austell Town Centre regeneration;
- advising both Devon & Cornwall Police Authority and West Mercia Police Authority in relation to various leasehold acquisitions and property management issues;
- advising Swindon College and Swindon Borough Council on the disposal of a redundant city centre FE College campus and adjoining local authority owned car park for retail development;
