- Advice and support to the in-house legal department of Pennon Group PLC on the acquisitions by Viridor Waste Management Limited of Grosvenor Waste Management Limited, London Recycling Limited, Intercontinental Recycling Limited and Reconomy Recycling Solutions (comprising Basecall Limited and Oakley Waste Management Limited);
- Acting for Gemalto NV on the UK elements of the acquisition of a smartcard business, including the acquisition of shares in Multos Limited; and
- Advising on the sale of the entire issued share capital of The Simply HR Software Company Limited to Wolters Kluwer Holdings (UK) PLC.
