Colin is a Partner in the Commercial Property Team specialising in investment acquisitions and sales and landlord and tenant matters. He advises investors, occupiers, public sector clients and developers.

Colin joined Ashfords in 2004 and was promoted to Partner in January 2008. Prior to joining the firm he spent 9 years at City firm, Dechert (formerly Titmuss Sainer Dechert).

Recent projects undertaken include:

• acting for The Courtenay Group of Companies on all issues relating to their portfolio of primarily retail properties across England and Wales;
• advising The Tamares Group on lettings at an office block in central London;
• acting for a local authority on their acquisition of a site in Cornwall to be developed and let as an innovation centre; and
  
• advising The Tamares Group on the disposal of a mixed-use multi-let trophy building in central London.
