Jason has a civil litigation practice specialising in high value personal injury work but he also undertakes commercial litigation including professional and clinical negligence. Jason's clients tend to be on the claimant side but he also acts for both individual and corporate defendants.

Jason joined the Ashfords in 1995 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in 1997. He was promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2001 and to Partnership in 2005.

Prior to studying law Jason had a career in branch banking.

Jason is a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority

Recent claims include:

• farm accident for claimant, who suffered serious ankle injury - £50,000
• motor cycle accident for claimant who suffered serious hand injury - £200,000
• clinical negligence claim for the estate of a gentleman who died due to hospital's negligent nursing care
• defending a commercial (warranty) claim for £500,000 following the sale of a business, in full.
