Victoria is an Associate in the Residential Conveyancing Team and specialises in shared ownership and shared equity work.  Her most recent work has have been for purchasers of Sovereign Housing Association, Sanctuary Housing Association and Jephson Housing Association properties, and shared equity cases involved Swaythling Housing and Places for People.

Victoria has wide ranging experience in the residential property field, including working on complex and high value transactions. Her work with Registered Social Landlords is also extensive, since 2003 when she was the lead fee earner for Moat Housing. This work was solely for purchaser and resale clients, and involved her advising on, and taking responsibility for, work referred to a panel firm based in the southeast. 

Victoria qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 and joined Ashfords Residential Property department in 2005.
