Chloe advises a broad range of commercial and public sector clients in all aspects of employment law. Chloe has considerable experience in successfully defending Employment Tribunal claims (covering unfair dismissal and discrimination claims) and regularly conducts her own advocacy in the employment tribunal and has extensive knowledge of Employment Tribunal practice and procedure.

Chloe prides herself on her pragmatic straightforward advice on HR issues such as restructuring and redundancy, discipline and performance. Chloe also has considerable experience of drafting policies and procedures and contracts of employment.

Chloe has written a number of articles which have appeared in the local press as well as trade publications (TSG Magazine and PAY magazine) and has also appeared on BBC radio to talk about topical employment issues.

Chloe also has considerable experience in providing tailored training packages to both public and private sector clients.

Chloe is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
