David is head of the Restructuring and Insolvency team and deals with all aspects of Insolvency, both corporate and personal, contentious and non contentious. David advises Insolvency Practitioners (including 'Big 4', national and niche insolvency practices), secured lenders and unsecured creditors, businesses, directors, debtors and their families.

David is a member of the of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) and the Insolvency Lawyers Association.
