Katriona is a Partner in our Property Litigation Team. She deals with possession claims, forfeiture actions, business tenancy renewals and 1954 Act applications, injunctions, boundary disputes, disputes about rights of way and access, adverse possession claims, trespass and nuisance.
Katriona is a regular speaker to local authorities and Housing Associations in respect of housing management issues. She is a member of the Property Litigation Association and of the Social Housing Law Association.
