Sarah is a Partner in the Commercial Property Team and specialises in:

freehold sales and purchases;

leaseholds;

auctions;
-
site assembly;

Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 renewals; and

new leases.
Sarah deals primarily with shops, offices and business parks including property portfolio management matters and some development work and business transfers and her clients include:

property investment companies and individuals;

local south west entrepreneurs and businesses; and
- a well known regional housing association.
Sarah joined Ashfords in 2005. Prior to joining the Firm she trained in the City spent 2 years with the BBC legal department, was a Partner in a City firm and spent some years in the Government Property Lawyers in Taunton (part of the Treasury Solicitors department)
