Tim is a partner in the Property Litigation department and part of the Tiverton office's Private Client team. After joining Ashfords as a trainee and qualifying in 1980, Tim was promoted to partner in 1988.
Tim is a member of the Property Litigation Association, the Agricultural Law Association, the National Farmers Union and is a member of the Devon Committee of the CLA. He also has his own smallholding.
Recent Experience includes:
- advising on issues relating to foreshore and mooring rights;
- advising on the enforceability and removal of restrictive covenants and
- advising on agricultural tenancy succession matters.
