Tim specialises in landlord and tenant and agricultural litigation and property disputes of all types. His clients range from major institutions to individual landlords and tenants, landed estates and tenant farmers. Tim advises regularly on Neighbour disputes including building disputes and disputes about boundaries, rights of way, restrictive covenants, trespass and adverse possession.
Tim is a partner in the Property Litigation department and part of the Tiverton office's Private Client team. After joining Ashfords as a trainee and qualifying in 1980, Tim was promoted to partner in 1988.
Tim is a member of the Property Litigation Association, the Agricultural Law Association, the National Farmers' Union and is a member of the Devon Committee of the CLA. He also has his own smallholding.
