Tim is a Partner in the Property Litigation Team specialising in landlord and tenant and agricultural litigation, property disputes, including covenants and easements. Tim's clients range from major institutions to individual landlords and tenants, landed estates and tenant farmers.

Tim joined Ashfords in 1978 and became a Partner in 1988.

Tim is a member of the Property Litigation Association, the Agricultural Law Association, and the CLA.
