"Brian Hegarty's common-sense approach earns high praise from sources, who report: "He always does exactly what he says he will and gives clear legal advice without ever pontificating. "He handles all aspects of property development, including site assembly, estate structures and disposals, and is regularly consulted by SWERDA. The team's work for this agency is indicative of its wider expertise in public sector projects, gleaned from its many years of experience advising local authorities, government bodies and NHS trusts, among them Devon County Council, Exeter City Council and West Mercia Constabulary"
