Rebecca is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Team, based in our Exeter office. She focuses on Banking transactional work. Rebecca joined Ashfords in May 2008, relocating from the Midlands where she worked for Pinsent Masons LLP and Wright Hassall LLP. Rebecca acts for lenders and borrowers in relation to both syndicated and bilateral financings.

Recent experience includes:

• acting for Abbey National plc in respect of its financing of a company owning a group of care homes;
• acting for lender in respect of a refinancing of a group of care homes; and
  
• acting for lender in respect of a development facility for a care homes provider in the Midlands.
