Guy is a Consultant at the firm in the Residential Property Team, specialising in all areas of property work with particular emphasis on the buying and selling of residential property, including farms and estates, and dealing with private clients, usually of the high net worth variety.

Guy joined Ashfords in 1975 and became Partner in 1977. Prior to joining Ashfords he completed his articles with Moon Beever and Hewlett, London. He then spent a year with Crosse Wyatt, South Molton.

Guy is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and past Chairman of the Devon Branch of the Country Land and Business Association.

Recent projects have involved country houses and estates, especially those with sporting elements of shooting and fishing.
