Rachael is a Partner in the Trusts & Estates Team. She has specialised in private client work since qualifying as a solicitor in 1987 and has extensive knowledge and practical experience in the administration of estates and the issues of estate and succession planning, including the tax efficient ownership of assets involving agricultural, business and heritage property by individuals and families primarily in the UK but also with international connections.

Rachael acts for trustees and beneficiaries on a wide range of wealth management issues including the scope and exercise of trustee powers and the variation of trust arrangements and has prepared a vast range of Wills and Trusts.

Rachael joined Ashfords in 2001 and is based in Tiverton.

Since 1995 Rachael has been a member of the International Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a member of the Charity Law Association since 2001.
