Darren is a Partner in the Residential Property Team specialising in residential, commercial and agricultural property law, dealing with private clients and companies buying and selling land and buildings for occupation or investment.

In 1989 Darren joined Ashfords as a trainee and qualified in 1991, becoming Partner in 2003.

Recent projects carried out by Darren include:

• the purchase of an estate in South Devon at £2.5 million;
• the sale of a property portfolio in London at £1.75 million; and
  
• the refinance of a residential property investment portfolio at £3million.
