John is a Consultant at the firm providing guidance and advice. He acts for international and national contractors and subcontractors in both contentious matters and construction procurement advice. John has developed a practice specialising in dealing with adjudications, with the Firm becoming highly regarded in the South and West Country. Prior to entering the legal profession he was a Chief Quantity Surveyor with an international construction company. He continues to maintain close links with the construction industry.

John Birch is a consultant with a strong reputation on both non-contentious and contentious matters, including ADR.
