Andrew has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions and also advises a number of venture capital funds on their investment work. His clients are primarily private companies, venture capital firms and investment houses, management teams and private individuals.

Andrew is a member of Ashfords' Board and is also Head of Ashfords' Private Equity Group.

Andrew joined the firm in 2004 and became a Partner in 2006.

Recent projects he has undertaken include:

• Eden Ventures (UK) Limited, a venture capital fund, investment in We7 Limited in We7 Limited, a music streaming service;
• Group reorganization of Gro group Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of baby products throughout the world; 
• Advising Navetas Energy Management Limited, a provider of energy management services, on its merger with Intelligent Sustainable Energy Limited, a provider of electricity metering and monitoring devices;
• Advising YFM Finance Limited on a further funding round in Cornish Sea Salt Company Limited, a producer of sea salt;
• Advising Notion Capital Partners LLP on its investment in Sandbourne Systems Limited, an ecommerce software company and developer of eSellerPro;
• Advising NESTA, Capital-E Partners and South Yorkshire Investment Fund on their investment in eoSemi Limited, a developer of semiconductors, in the implementation of timing and frequency devices;
• Advising Naxos Capital Partners and Swarraton Partners Limited on a further funding round in P2I Limited, a world leader in liquid repellent nano-coating technology;
  
• NPI Media Limited - Equity and Debt Financing by Octopus Investments Limited and associated funds and Debt Finance by GMAC Commercial Finance plc for the acquisitions of Phillimore and Co. Limited, Sutton Publishing Limited, Jarrolds Publishing, The History Press Inc, Oaklands Book Services Limited;
• Eden Ventures (UK) Limited, a venture capital fund, investment in Pixsta Limited who provide state of the art browse and search technology;
• Equity and debt capitalisation investment by the Elision Group Limited into TeleMedic Systems Limited, a provider of technology solutions to the health care sector;
• YFM Venture Finance Limited, venture capital fund managers, investment in Mirifice Limited - a provider of quality solutions and consultancy to the broadcasting industry; and
  
• Eden Ventures (UK) Limited, a venture capital fund, providing finance facilities to Secerno Limited, an intelligent security technology company.
