Peter is new Partner at Ashfords Tiverton office
Introduction
Wills, trusts and inheritance tax specialist has recently been appointed as a partner in the Tiverton office of leading local law firm Ashfords.
Having trained with the firm, Peter qualified as a solicitor in Tiverton during 1997 where he now advises clients on Inheritance Tax planning, Wills, setting up and managing Trusts and charities, as well as offering advice about Equity Release Schemes.
A member of both the 'Solicitors for the Elderly' and the 'Action on Elder Abuse' groups, he is also Chairman of Age Concern for the Tiverton, Cullompton and District.
In his spare time, Peter Barton enjoys swimming, tennis and skiing.
