Ashfords LLP secures appointment by the Guinness Partnership

Leading law firm Ashfords LLP has been appointed by the Guinness Partnership to provide it with housing management legal services for a six year term following a competitive tender process.
Ashfords LLP, which has offices across the South West and in London, has been appointed to carry out housing management work for The Guinness Partnership, which owns and manages nearly 60,000 homes across the country
Sian Gibbon, a Partner at Ashfords LLP and head of the firm's housing team, said : “We are delighted, after such a competitive selection process between a large number of the leading law firms in the country, to have been selected.
