Tuesday 14th December 2010Business people and sports fanatics from across Exeter gathered at Ashfords Solicitors to welcome Exeter Chief's players Jason Shoemark and Ignacio Elosu.
The full service law firm sponsors the two players, who joined the team earlier this year.
Fellow Chiefs player Eoghan Grace also attended the event with his sponsor Chancery Asset Management.
The drinks reception was held at the firm's office on Grenadier Road in Sowton on Thursday.
Guests took part in a charity raffle raising £160 for the Exeter Foundation, which aims to mobilise residents to make the city a better place.
The raffle included a signed rugby shirt, won by Colonel Jim Hutton from The C Group.
Ashfords Partner and sports expert Rory Mac Neice, said: "We are delighted to be sponsoring Jason and Ignacio during the Chiefs' fantastic first season in the Premiership.
"Members of Exeter's rugby mad business community came out in force to rub shoulders with the new arrivals from New Zealand and Argentina and also to compare and contrast the liquid assets of both countries.
