Former Exmouth solicitor Jim McIntosh has returned to work in the area after relocation from the Taunton to the Exeter branch of Ashfords.
After working for Ford Simey, latterly as Partner in charge of Wills and Probate in Exmouth, Jim began his career with Ashfords in 2009, working in the Taunton office.
Jim joined Ashfords as Partner in charge of Trusts and Estates in Taunton. His specialisms include the preparation of wills, whether straightforward or complicated, attorneyship work, the administration of Estates and Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning.
Jim began his career as a Criminal Solicitor, after qualifying 20 years ago.
Jim said: "Much as I have enjoyed my time at the Taunton office, I am delighted to join the Exeter team - it is a fantastic location and closer to both my home and many of my clients."
