  • Professional negligence on Personal Injury actions;
  • Inheritance Act Claim involving a Trust, a business and family members; resolved by a two-stage mediation over two days – had been ongoing over several years;
  • Disputes over professional fees;
  • Contractual dispute between Business and Supplier on terms applicable;
  • Pensions disputes (numerous including Equitable Life claims);
  • Several property disputes and a dispute regarding restrictive covenants affecting land; and
