International Client Base: The facilities of our London office and our early commitment to email enabled us to develop a broad client base, including a variety of national and international companies. This has proved particularly attractive to many lawyers joining from other firms at both junior and senior levels.

Research Facilities: We provide full research facilities and precedents via our own Intranet, the Internet and CD ROMs, as well as traditional journals and textbooks. We have a dedicated library staff with full electronic search facilities.

Marketing: We encourage our lawyers to promote their own reputations and careers, with the assistance of the Business Development and Marketing Team.

Leisure Facilities: The lawyers that we recruit are attracted principally by our client base, management style and the facilities offered, helped by the leisure opportunities and low cost of living in the West Country while being involved with international work.
