Insolvency is a complicated area of the law. Ashfords' Restructuring and Insolvency Team provides Insolvency Practitioners, lenders, businesses and members of the public, with detailed technical knowledge combined with sound commercial advise on all aspects of insolvency. Members of our team work alongside other specialist teams within Ashfords including Corporate, Commercial Property, Employment and IP/IT.
