The creation of Advoc
In 1989 the partners resolve to dedicate the time of one partner to establish an international legal network. Richard Van Oppen is appointed. From the incorporation of Advoc Limited in England in 1991 the network has grown into a global organisation with 80 member law firms with over 180 offices across the world.
