The Ashfords Vac Scheme

Our Vac Scheme plays an important part in our recruitment process, although we do recognise that some candidates will not be able to take part in it for various reasons.

The Vac Scheme takes place in our Exeter office each summer.  Candidates spend a week with us, during which time they experience life in at least two departments.  There is then an Assessment Day at the end of the week.
 
Participating in the Vac Scheme helps you to show us that you are a good candidate; It also gives you the opportunity to find out more about Ashfords.  You will also be able to meet our current Trainees, both at work and socially.

Places on the Vac Scheme are limited to people who are applying for a Training Contract with us at the same time.
