How to apply
The application process is the same for people who would like a place on the Vac Scheme, or people who are just applying for a Training Contract. The current application process will open in December 2011.
Step One: Online Application
The first step is to complete our online application form.
Deadline if you are applying for a place on the Vacation Scheme in 2012 as well as for a Training Contract starting in 2014:
31 March 2012 (for a Vacation Scheme place in the summer of 2012)
Deadline if you are applying for a 2014 Training Contract only:
1 July 2012
We recruit on a competency-based system, which means that you will be assessed at each stage of the process against the skills and abilities we think Trainees need to have.
You should therefore allow yourself plenty of time to complete the Application Form.
Step Two: Assessment Day
Successful candidates will be invited to an Ashfords Assessment Day. They are held at our Exeter office throughout the Summer.
The Ashfords Assessment Day consists of a range of individual and group exercises that are designed to test key competencies.
