Trading Standards

Jeremy Asher is uniquely placed among criminal defence Solicitors, in that he prosecutes Trading Standards offences for a Local Authority. To date he has a 100% success rate in such cases, including those against several rogue traders.

This experience gives Jeremy a valuable advantage over others in that he understands how a prosecution should be brought and appreciates the evidential burden that is placed on prosecutors. Jeremy's work in prosecuting Trading Standards offences demonstrates his thorough understanding of this area of law which means he is able to use this experience to defend businesses and individuals.
