The Equity Release Solicitors Alliance (ERSA) was launched on the 26th January 2009.
Ashfords is one of the founding members of ERSA, a group of established law firms which specialise within the area of Equity Release, along with Goldsmith Williams, Birchall Blackburn, Blacks Solicitors LLP, Equilaw LLP, Gywn James & Lees Lloyd Whitley. The members are all specialists in the field of Equity Release and have joined together to promote the need for homeowners to have access to independent, competitively-priced expert legal advice before they take up an Equity Release plan.
