- PLUS insurance cover for defending Tribunal claims, covering all legal costs and, in most cases, any awards or settlements. This insurance is provided by Temple Legal Protection Limited, who have designed a scheme that enables you to access your dedicated lawyer for immediate advice if a claim is brought against you. The policy covers £100,000 for any one claim (to include legal costs), with a limit to £1million for all claims during the period of insurance.
