Will the Employment Scheme Be Right For Us?

How much will it cost?
The price is primarily based on your annual payroll, and is payable by a deposit and 10 monthly instalments to help you spread the cost.
An estimate can be provided on request. All you need to do is:
- Provide us with your current payroll figures and expected payroll figures for the next 12 months; and
- Let us know whether you want us to update your documentation, or use the comprehensive documents provided under the Scheme.
A formal quote will be provided on receipt of your completed Application Form.
Will the Scheme produce contracts and other documents for us?
Yes. Unlike other schemes, your dedicated lawyer will not simply provide the paperwork, but will tailor the documents to suit your organisation. You can even use your current documents, which will be updated by us.
Are there any hidden extras?
No. The Scheme is a comprehensive audit and advice service and all charges are transparent. Optional extras, such as restrictive covenants for directors, can be purchased at preferential rates.
We have never been taken to an employment tribunal, so is there any advantage in joining the Platinum Scheme?
Yes. Even the model employer can be taken to an Employment Tribunal by a disgruntled employee. Your Employers' Liability Insurance will not cover Employment Tribunal claims.
Will we be tied in for 3 years?
No. Some schemes require members to sign up for an initial period of three years. We recognise that you may not want such a commitment, so The Employment Scheme is renewable annually (although we hope that you will stay with us for the long-term).
Will you keep us up to date?
Yes. You will receive a monthly email bulletin to alert you to changes; and of course, you can always call for advice whenever you need it.
