Recent work undertaken includes:
- acting for a client in pursuing an unfair prejudice shareholder claim against fellow shareholders, which was successfully resolved at mediation;
- acting for clients in respect of claims against banks arising out of investments in Madoff funds;
- acting for clients pursuing claims under the Commercial Agents Regulations;
- acting for a client defending a claim by a High Street Bank under a personal guarantee;
- acting for client in claim for professional negligence relating to compulsory purchase of land;
- representing three Defendants in a two-year long running libel case;
- advising a large Japanese Bank on pursuing a debt of $10m under a Term Loan Agreement;
