Ashfords' Corporate Secretarial Service provides a company formation service along with ongoing support for the day to day running of your company. We act for a wide range of clients, from start-up companies to privately owned companies and charitable organisations, both within and outside the UK.

- Filings at Companies House;
- Preparation of board minutes, resolutions and shareholder communications;
- Maintenance of statutory books;
- Acting as agent for service; and
- Complete secretarial package - this includes the preparation of annual returns, Companies House filings, updating company books, board minutes and the preparation of AGM documentation.
We are able to provide a complete formations service that complies with all English legal requirements for £250 plus VAT (or £300 plus VAT for 'same day' service).
