Ashfords' Contracts Team advises regional, national and international clients on a whole range of commercial arrangements. The strength and depth of the team allows us to provide specialist advice in order to assist our clients in maximising commercial opportunities whilst minimising legal risk. We ensure that we have a full understanding of our clients' businesses and objectives when dealing with their commercial work, frequently spending time with clients to understand not only the business but also the sector that they are operating in.

- Drafting affinity scheme contracts for a major UK charity with a number of suppliers;
- Advising a major company in the utility sector on dealing with its supply and maintenance contracts of electricity meters to Onstream and Transco;
- Advising a major PLC construction and maintenance services company on its commercial contracts;
- Negotiating and drafting multi national distribution agreements for clients;
- Advising the trading arm of a national charity on its commercial agreements with its trading outlets across the UK; and
- Advising a funeral provider company on its funeral plan agreements.
