Civil Partnerships
Civil Partnership Act came into force on 5 December 2005. The Act provides that two people of the same sex can, for the first time, enter into a Civil Partnership which attracts rights and responsibilities akin to those afforded to married couples.
Civil partners can find their relationships failing just like anyone else. We deal with the mechanics of dissolution and sorting out related financial issues.
