Asset Recovery Instruction Form

Ashfords' Asset Recovery team provide a pro-active service to quickly and cost-effectively convert your debt into cash flow and improve your bottom line.

We recognise that the costs of litigation can be a disincentive to obtaining legal advice but unless you act quickly an unpaid bill can quickly become an irrecoverable debt.

Ashfords are able to offer fixed fees, or conditional fees (no win no fee) arrangements. Prior to litigation we can also offer a fee structure based upon the amount recovered on your behalf.

Our Instruction Form can be completed in three ways. You can either:
  • Click here to complete our on-line form

  • Click relevant link below to download a form in PDF format which can then be printed off, completed and returned to us along with copies of relevant invoices

    • Instruction Form - New Clients
    • Instruction Form - Existing Clients

  • Click relevant link below to download a Word version of the form which can be completed off-line and returned electronically
