The minor amendments have been made to:
- Ensure that the legal costs of appeals to the Supreme Court are minimised.
- Ensure that the agreed statement of facts and issues to be filed by the parties is a neutral document, rather than one to be used for advancing a party's case.
- Make express provision to the procedure for claiming legal costs.
- Require parties in Privy Council cases to indicate whether they invite a departure from a decision of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales.
