Legal Aid is no longer available for the majority of personal injury claims. For information on alternative forms of funding, please see funding arrangements.
We hold a Legal Service Commission Franchise for Family, Crime and Personal Injury matters and are able to offer public funding (Legal Aid) for those who are eligible, dependent on the nature of your claim and your financial circumstances. Public funding helps those who cannot afford solicitors' costs. The Legal Services Commission has on its website at www.clsdirect.org.uk a calculator that you can use to determine whether you might qualify financially for Legal Aid. Alternatively, we would be happy to advise whether you qualify and, if so, help you to complete the application forms.
