- Advising Devon County Council on the acquisition, site assembly, infrastructure and development framework for the development of Exeter Science Park;
- Acting for the South West of England Regional Development Agency on the development agreement and its implementation in respect of the St Austell Town Centre regeneration and Commercial Property;
- Advising both Devon & Cornwall Police Authority and West Mercia Police Authority in relation to various leasehold acquisitions and property management issues;
- Advising Swindon College and Swindon Borough Council on the disposal of a redundant city centre FE College campus and adjoining local authority owned car park for retail development;
- Purchase, estate planning and disposals of development plots at Osprey Quay, Portland, the site for the sailing events at the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games; and
- Disposal of part of a County Council owned site to a housing association subject to a nomination agreement and obligations to renovate and refurbish the retained property as a care facility.
