| ![]() Power of AttorneyIntroductionIs it difficult for you to attend the offices of the Spanish Notary? It is a requirement of the Spanish Legal system that all buyers and sellers attend a Notary Public in Spain in order to complete the transfer of the property. You can, however grant a Power of Attorney authorising another person to attend the Spanish Notary and sign the title deeds on your behalf. Powers of Attorney are frequently used in Spanish property transactions. The document gives authority to the named third party to carry out specific actions such as signing documentation, handling bank accounts, spending and receiving money, taking out a mortgage or loan. We will prepare the Power of Attorney in English and Spanish and arrange for it to be legalised by a UK Notary. We do offer an in-house Notary Service. | |
