Successful deals add up for Ashfords
Introduction
The Bristol office of South West law firm Ashfords has helped to seal deals that have seen two accountancy businesses in the region expand.
Ashfords lawyers advised accountants Anne Martin & Co of Mangotsfield, Bristol in its sale to chartered accountants and business advisors Burton Sweet, which has six offices in and around Bristol.
The Ashfords team also acted for Bristol chartered accountants Bishop Fleming who have acquired the insolvency business of Gilderthorps at Shepton Mallet. The task included the legal transfer of insolvency work.
