Wednesday 24th February 2010In R (on the application of Wye Valley Action Association Ltd) v Herefordshire Council and Drummond [2009] EWHC 3428 (Admin), the High Court quashed the planning permission for a polytunnels development consisting of 54 hectares of covered polytunnels. The site was on open countryside and within an area of outstanding natural beauty.
