by Car

FROM M5: Leave M5 at Junction 29 following signs for Exeter City Centre. At the first roundabout take the 3rd exit into Ambassador Drive (sign posted Exeter Business Park), past the Holiday Inn Express on the left hand side and turn right at the next roundabout into Grenadier Road. Ashford House is on the right.

FROM M5 Junction 30 / Sowton: Leave M5 at Junction 30, taking 2nd turning off the roundabout following the signs to the Services. At next roundabout take second exit into Sowton Industrial Estate (Moor Lane). Continue along Moor Lane until you get to the roundabout, take 2nd exit (straight) into Ambassador Drive (sign posted Exeter Business Park). Turn right at the next roundabout into Grenadier Road. Ashford House is on the right.

FROM City Centre: Follow route to A30 (Honiton) through Heavitree onto the A3015. Go past the Barn Owl on the left and Sowton Park & Ride on the right and at the Moor Lane roundabout take the first exit onto Ambassador Drive (sign posted Exeter Business Park). Turn right at the next roundabout into Grenadier Road. Ashford House is on the right.

FROM A30: Continue along the A30 onto the A3015 (Honiton Road). At the Moor Lane roundabout take the 3rd exit into Ambassador Drive (sign posted Exeter Business Park), past the Holiday Inn Express on the left hand side and turn right at the next roundabout into Grenadier Road. Ashford House is on the right.
