Introduction
Equity Release allows you to release capital that is tied up in your home. The monies that you release can be used for whatever purpose you desire, for example, home improvements, holidays or buying a car. Ashfords is a National law firm with offices throughout the South-West and South-East. We have a specialist department for Equity Release with a wealth of experience to enable us to advise you on the Equity Release Scheme that has been recommended to you by your financial adviser.
Our role is to advise you of the legal implications of the Equity Release Scheme, the documentation and the risks and benefits.
We offer you the peace and mind of being fully conversant on all of the Equity Release products on the market. We are recognised nationally by financial advisers and other firms of solicitors as offering quality advice and clients are recommended to us by both financial advisers and solicitors.
