Introduction
Employment Law is highly complex, and one of the fastest developing areas of the law. Employers find it increasingly difficult to keep up to date with new legislation.
Ashfords offers a Service which will:
- Review your existing contracts and disciplinary/grievance policies to make sure they comply with current legislation, or alternatively provide new standard documents.
- Provide a handbook containing standard employment policies.
- Provide you with regular email updates – to keep you up to date with the law.
- Provide you with an advice line – for advice on employment issues as they arise.*
- Provide ongoing advice at discounted rates.
- Provide access to a qualified Lawyer.
* Provides initial guidance only. Matters which require on going action will be charged at discounted standard hourly rates.

1 - 9 employees | £375.00 pa plus VAT |
| 10 – 17 employees | £475.00 pa plus VAT |
| 18 – 25 employees | £575.00 pa plus VAT |
| 26 – 50 employees | £975.00 pa plus VAT |
